Terms and Conditions

1. Offer

Regine Zweifel is a private Paris tour guide designing and executing custom-made tours in Paris and other sites in France.

2. Legal entity

Registration with the tax authorities of Krefeld (D) under number St.-Nr. 117/5426/0640.

3. Applicability of terms and conditions

Visiting the paristouring homepage and/or booking tours with Regine Zweifel, represents agreement to these terms and conditions and to reading them prior to using the paristouring website and/or services. Use of the paristouring website or services constitutes acknowledgement, agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions hereunder.

4. Privacy policy

Regine Zweifel is committed to protect any information provided by paristouring guests before, during and after their tour.

5. Bookings

All bookings requested will be executed by the reisen + mehr travel agency (reisen + mehr, owner: Petra Sültenfuß, Oberstraße 1, 53859 Niederkassel, email: reisen@reisen-plus-mehr.de, www.reisen-plus-mehr.de) Bookings will be confirmed via email.  Voucher to be presented at first meeting. The program in writing will be handed out after the last day of the tour and may then also be received via email.

6. Payment  

Payment in advance, 20 per cent upon booking, 80 per cent 30 days before arrival in Paris. In case of non-payment within this period, bookings will be cancelled.

7. Cancellations

In case of bookings cancelled 14 calendar days before date of first tour day, 80 per cent of the total amount will be refunded. Cancellations up to 8 calendar days before tour start will be refunded with 50 per cent of the total amount. Cancellations less than 8 calendar days will not be refunded.

In case Regine Zweifel has to cancel a tour, 100 per cent of the booking will be refunded.

8. Copyright

All texts, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, photographs, designs and other content (collectively "Proprietary Material") on the paristouring website is owned by Regine Zweifel and may be used only after Regine Zweifel's permission in writing. This Proprietary Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies. Copy, download, redesign, reconfiguration or transmittance of any detail generated by the paristouring website after demand and reception of written permission.

9. Liability

Regine Zweifel cannot be held responsible for the quality of food and beverages consumed during tours. As concerns reservations of restaurants, music events and any other events, carried out by third parties, Regine Zweifel and the travel agency reisen + mehr solely act as booking agents. Arranging tours, transportation, venue visits and other services, Regine Zweifel and reisen + mehr will not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any company, organization of person engaged in passenger transport or any other service within the range of a custom-made tour especially not for act of default of any restaurant or shop and/or employee.

10. Warranties

Regine Zweifel does not guarantee the content of the paristouring homepage and the content of custom-made tours to be without errors. Corrections, modifications, amendments, enhancements and other changes to the paristouring website can be made at any time.

11. Disclaimer

Regine Zweifel hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the use of her website and/or services, including, but not limited to, availability, reliability and quality of website and services, the events prepared and attended, including nature and quality of these events. Regine Zweifel is not, will not and cannot be held responsible of any error, fault or mistake of any and all content and information received via the paristouring homepage or services. Regine Zweifel does not endorse any entity, product or service mentioned in and/or generated by content available on the website or upon tours.

12. Liability

The participation in a custom-made tour and any event booked at the request of the client is at the exclusive risk of the client. Regine Zweifel's liability shall be limited to half of the amount paid for the booked tour. Except as provided herein, in no event will Regine Zweifel be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious actions resulting from or arising out of participation in the tours.
